The JNVST 9th class selection criteria 2024 are as follows:
- The applier who are willing to join must have passed class 8th from a recognized school in the same district where they are seeking admissiod.
- The candidates must have studied and passed class 8th in the academic session 2023-24
- The aspirant should contain the age between must be between 13 and 16 years of age as on 1st May 2024
- The candidates must belong to the rural area of the district where they are applying.
- The candidates must have studied in a rural school for at least three years in classes 6th, 7th and 8th.
- The candidates must have studied Mathematics, Science and English in class 8th.
- The candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in class 8th (50% for SC/ST candidates).
JNVST 9th class Exam Pattern 2024
The JNVST 9th class exam pattern 2023 is as follows:
- The exam is conducted in offline mode using pen and paper.
- The exam is of 2 hours and 30 minutes duration.
- The exam consists of 100 objective type questions of 100 marks.
- The questions are based on Mathematics, General Science, English and Hindi subjects.

- The medium of the exam is English or Hindi.
